Q1. What standards do your products comply with?

We produce in strict accordance with Chinese national standards, mainly GB/T 3091-2015 for low-pressure fluid conveying welded steel pipes. Other referenced standards include GB/T 13793, CJ/T 120, etc. We can also supply according to ASTM A53, EN 10255 or other international standards upon customer request.

Q2. What is the material of the galvanized pipe?

We mainly use high-quality low-carbon steel strips Q195, Q215, Q235 and Q235B. The pipe body is formed by high-frequency straight seam welding, which ensures firm welds, high strength and good toughness.

Q3. What is the zinc coating weight / thickness?

The zinc coating is usually 200-600 g/m² in weight, corresponding to a thickness of about 60-90 μm, and can be customized according to your requirements and the project environment. The coating is uniform, dense and firmly attached to the base metal.

Q4. What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?

Our regular MOQ is about one 20-foot container, or 20 tons for common sizes. For trial orders or special sizes, please contact us to negotiate, as we always welcome new customers to start cooperation with a small order.

Q5. What about the packaging?

Pipes are bundled with steel strapping, with pipe ends protected by plastic caps, and the bundles are wrapped with waterproof material for sea transportation. Special export packaging or wooden pallets/cases can be arranged upon request.

Q6. What is the delivery time (lead time)?

For stock common sizes, delivery usually takes 7-15 days; for production orders, about 15-25 days, depending on the quantity and specifications. We will confirm the exact lead time after order confirmation.

Q7. What are your payment terms?

We accept T/T (30% deposit in advance, balance before shipment), L/C at sight, and other terms can be discussed. For long-term cooperation, more flexible terms may be offered.

Q8. Can you customize sizes, wall thickness and length?

Yes. We support customized diameter, wall thickness and fixed length according to drawings or requirements. Please provide your detailed specifications, and our team will confirm the quotation accordingly.

Q9. Can you provide samples?

Yes, we can provide samples for your evaluation. Samples are free of charge, while the freight is generally borne by the customer. Please feel free to contact us to arrange samples.

Q10. What certificates can you provide?

We can provide mill test certificate (MTC), quality inspection report, and the products pass the quality inspection of the national testing center. Third-party inspection (such as SGS, BV) can also be arranged upon request.

Q11. Do you provide further processing?

Yes, we can provide threading, grooving, coupling, cutting to length and other processing services according to your requirements, offering one-stop pipe solutions.

Q12. What are your shipping and trade terms?

We mainly export from Tianjin port. Trade terms such as FOB, CIF and CFR are all available, and shipment can be arranged by sea, railway or truck according to your destination.
